We use an independent inventory company to carry out an inventory make, check-in and check-out, subject to the landlord confirming that they wish to use this service. The cost of the check-in/inventory make is usually borne by the tenant and the check-out by the landlord. The cost of a check-in/inventory make and the check-out are £168.00.
Please be advised that, where myspace manage a property, it will be compulsory for an inventory to be included.
Copy tenancy agreement
Should the original tenancy agreement be mislaid, or for any other reason a further copy requested, we will require a fee of £15 to cover the administration.
Change of occupancy within tenancy (including any continuations/renewals)
where there is more than one tenant and if one of the tenants wishes to leave, the cost to the outgoing tenant will be £180. Due to the complications involved in this process, we will only allow a maximum of one change per tenancy, subject to the landlord’s agreement. The cost to the new tenant will be £120 to cover further administration and referencing.
Addendum to tenancy
Should an additional tenant be introduced, subject to landlord’s agreement, we will charge £120 to cover referencing and administration.
At the end of the tenancy, should you renew for a further term, we will charge £80.00 to cover administration costs and to draw up a new tenancy agreement, and re-referencing fees (if required) of £60.00 per person.
At the end of the tenancy, should you fail to cancel your standing order, myspace will charge £15, to cover the administrative costs of dealing with the return of monies, per instance.
All above fees include vat at the current rate – 20% (1st January 2018)
