As well as here on our own website, we will market your property across the major property portals ensuring that your property is seen by as many applicants as possible. We will ensure that we have the highest quality photographs of your property to maximise engagement and obtain quality leads.
Viewings & Feedback
Ideally, we’ll keep a set of keys so that you don’t need to be available for viewings. We’ll carry out all viewings and negotiations on your behalf, and then provide prompt and honest feedback, together with any suggestions that may help to let your property in London.
Once an offer has been accepted
Once we have found tenants that you accept, we’ll ensure that all potential tenants are thoroughly referenced by our appointed referencing company. Our team will then draw up an Assured Shorthold Tenancy agreement and make sure that we have received the first month’s rent and relevant security deposit before we release the keys to your tenant. If you ask us to we’ll lodge the deposit with one of the Government approved Tenancy Deposit Schemes.
We can also help with arranging professional cleaning, booking an independent inventory and registering your tenant’s deposit with a government-backed deposit protection scheme.
Managing your tenancy
Once the tenancy has begun, you’ll be your tenants’ contact for any repairs or maintenance. You’ll also be responsible for taking their rental payments. However, if you’d like us to do this on your behalf, then you can choose our full management service instead.
We set ourselves incredibly high standards but, for added peace of mind, we are fully regulated by The Property Ombudsman Scheme (TPOS), the Safe Agent Scheme and hold Client Money Protection (CMP) via Safe Agent.
