We are delighted to receive great feedback, and even more delighted to receive referrals based on great experiences with myspace, growing our network of satisfied Landlords.  Established for more than 23 years, much of our growth has been through referrals and recommendations.

As our way of saying a little thank you, we are introducing a new Landlord Referral Scheme where we will pay £200 as a referral credit (split 50 / 50 between the person making the referral and the new landlord) every time a new Landlord is directly referred to us by one of our existing Landlords, who subsequently lets a property through Myspace.  In addition we are offering our existing landlord a £50 John Lewis voucher.

* Landlord Referral terms and conditions

  • The referred landlord MUST be a new landlord to Myspace, who has not rented a property through us previously.
  • The tenancy MUST be a new 12 month tenancy and not a tenancy renewal or extension of an existing tenancy.
  • The referral credit fee will apply to the first property and tenancy agreed and let through Myspace.  No further referrals will be accepted/applied to the same referred landlord, property, new tenancies, tenancy extensions/renewals or any other variation thereafter.
  • The property to let must be a residential property within London and operating within postcodes served by Myspace, which is determined by Myspace at its absolute discretion.
  • There are no limits to the number of Landlord referrals one individual can make, subject to the above terms.
  • The referral credit (£200) will be split 50 / 50 between the person making the referral (i.e. the existing Landlord) and the new landlord, and credited to an account on our system after 30 days of the commencement of a new tenancy.  Should the tenancy be surrendered within the first 30 days following the commencement of the tenancy, the referral will be null and void.  No cash alternative is offered.
  • The £50 John Lewis voucher will be posted to the person making the referral (i.e. the existing Landlord) after 30 days and subject to the new tenancy not being surrendered within the first 30 days following the commencement of the tenancy.  No cash alternative is offered.
  • The person making the referral (existing landlord) confirms that they have sought the consent of the referred landlord prior to making the referral to Myspace, and that the landlord being referred will be expecting communication from/with Myspace.  Should this not be the case the person making the referral accepts and agrees to re-imburse any personal and financial liability / loss incurred by Myspace.
  • From time to time Myspace run promotional offers on our lettings services.  Should a new landlord instruct Myspace on a different promotional offer the referred landlord forfeits their entitlement to their share of the referral payment.
  • All other Myspace terms of business apply and Myspace reserves the right to decline an instruction.
