In addition to paying rent for the property, you may also be required to make the following permitted payments:

• Holding Deposit: 1 week’s rent.
• Tenancy Deposit: 5 weeks’ rent (or in the case of rental income of more than £50,000 per annum 6 weeks’ rent).
• Payments to other third parties: such as Council Tax, utilities or payments for communications services.
• Payment of £50 if you want to vary or assign the tenancy
• Payment of interest for the late payment of rent at a rate of 3% above Bank of England’s Base Rate from the rent due date until paid, which will not be levied until the rent is more than 14 days late.
• Tenants will be liable for the actual cost of replacing any lost key(s) or other security device(s). If myspace are required to arrange the replacement of a lost key, and additional costs are incurred, written evidence of costs will be provided, payable by the tenant, and there will be a charge of £15 per hour for the time taken.
• Payment of any reasonable costs associated with your early termination of the tenancy including unpaid rent and/or to cover Landlord losses.
